By accessing or using the AI Millionaire Income platform ("Platform"), including website, dashboard, automation tools, and affiliate system, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1) Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

AI Millionaire Income provides digital marketing tools, affiliate marketing infrastructure, and content automation services to registered users ("Members", "Affiliates"). Continued use of the Platform confirms your acceptance of this Agreement.

2) Definitions

• Platform: website, dashboard, systems, and services.
• Member / User: any registered participant.
• Affiliate: a user who promotes third-party digital products via referral links.
• Sub-Affiliate: a user referred by an Affiliate.
• Qualified Sale: a completed purchase through a tracked referral link that is not refunded or charged back within the refund window.
• Dashboard: member panel for tracking referrals, earnings, and automation tools.
• Tiers: membership levels including Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond.

3) Account Registration & Security

• Users must provide accurate registration information.
• Each account is personal and non-transferable.
• Users are responsible for login credential security.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

4) Platform Services & Features

• Affiliate tracking dashboard
• Unique referral tracking codes
• Sales and earnings reporting tools
• Sub-affiliate referral system
• Instagram content automation tools
• Marketing campaign participation tools

5) Affiliate & Sub-Affiliate Program

5.1 Commission Structure

• Affiliates may earn commissions on Qualified Sales generated through their referral links.
• Sub-affiliates may also earn commissions under their assigned tier structure.
• Commission rates may change at any time with notice.

5.2 Responsibility

• Affiliates are responsible for Sub-Affiliate conduct.
• Affiliates must follow marketing compliance rules.
• Affiliates must use ethical promotion practices.
• Violations by Sub-Affiliates may result in penalties or termination of the main Affiliate account.

6) Payment Terms

Payments are processed by third-party affiliate networks and processors (including JVZoo or similar platforms). Standard payout cycles may include refund and chargeback verification windows. Earnings are released for non-refunded Qualified Sales, and minimum payout thresholds may apply.

7) Refunds & Chargebacks

If a customer requests a refund or issues a chargeback, related commissions may be reversed ("clawed back") for both Affiliate and Sub-Affiliate earnings. Negative balances may be deducted from future earnings.

8) Refer a Friend Program

Member referral rewards are based strictly on verified Qualified Sales, are subject to compliance review, and may be revoked in cases of abuse or manipulation.

9) Instagram Reels Automation (Content Distribution Service)

Members consent to automated promotional content distribution, including Reels, Stories (24-hour cycles), and periodic Feed posting. Members authorize API-based posting via connected accounts, may disconnect at any time, and understand the content is promotional.

10) Intellectual Property Rights

Branding, software systems, dashboard design, automation workflows, and training materials are exclusive property of AI Millionaire Income or its licensors. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal and promotional use only.

11) User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of uploaded content but grant AI Millionaire Income a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such content for marketing and operational purposes.

12) Confidentiality

Users must not disclose system architecture, commission structures, automation workflows, or internal marketing strategies publicly or to competitors.

13) Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Engage in spam or unsolicited marketing.
• Use misleading income claims.
• Manipulate tracking systems.
• Create fake accounts or referrals.
• Violate advertising regulations (FTC, ASA, etc.).
• Attempt reverse engineering of systems.

14) Earnings Disclaimer

AI Millionaire Income does not guarantee income levels, sales performance, or marketing success. Any examples, testimonials, or historical results are illustrative and may not represent typical outcomes.

15) Third-Party Programs

The Platform may promote third-party digital products. AI Millionaire Income does not own those products and is not responsible for third-party claims or performance.

16) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Millionaire Income is not liable for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, indirect damages, consequential damages, or third-party platform issues.

17) Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time and withhold earnings for fraud, abuse, or policy violations. Access may be removed with or without notice.

18) Modifications to Terms

AI Millionaire Income may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

19) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international e-commerce and digital service laws and interpreted according to the jurisdiction of the company's operational base.
